Did I say lots of 'What if's?' in my last post? I've been writing them down and imagining next steps - then realised that I really do need to do some basic leg work and see what happens rather than guesstimate and move on. So have I been improvisational piecing? No I've gone all whimsical. These little 2" x 2" pieces will be mounted and sent as Christmas cards:
