2009 - the year of small things? Square 1

I decided early onthis year that I wasn't going to plan any show entries (which nicely excuses me from any last minute mad, aberations!) because I wanted time to settle into my new working pattern. In hindsight this was a good idea as it's taking me longer than I'd have thought to find a real balance.

Now I seem to find myself drawn to small things - this years CQ JQ is a mere 6" x 12" and I've begun to make small (6") squares based around a 2.5" square using white, grey, black and another colour - just to see what happens.
