Having said that I enjoyed making the ragbag piece so much and laid out the colours for a 'same but different' version, I've taken a sideways step. This is the last time you'll see the piece below as it is, I intend to dye it (and some other pieces) before making them into a bag. I'm still trying to put into words what I feel about putting fabric together in this way and now there is the added joy of burying the creative stage under a layer of colour.
