Having established which is the right side of my plank I am less than inspired at the moment - where is the colour???

But, I can add colour and what if I add it log cabin, possibly even QAYG, style?

I like the idea of using this piece of bark cloth, but at the present size, about14" square, there would need to be a lot more done to add visual interest to the piece. And as I type I'm thinking about some of the motifs on the 'thank you' fabric that could be cut and applied .... Hmmmm
